We focus on using local, sustainable ingredients from different farms around Clark County. A new service we are unveiling for 2010 is Farm Dinners. These are dinners located on local farms using produce straight off the farm. The dinner includes a tour of the farm. Sustainable Qualification Summary We try to use as much local produce as we can. Over the past 4 years we have made great connections with area farms and farmers. Anna has a large neighborhood garden called The Sunshine Garden of Fruit Valley in her front yard. It will be used as an educational tool for the residents of Fruit Valley as well as a source for food for her business. Some of the methods we practice are composting and recycling as well as having a worm bin and rain barrels. Every year Anna does several charity events in the community.
