As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Holistic Nutritionist, I believe strongly in helping families achieve vibrant physical and mental health through a real foods diet. Parenting these days is hard! I offer practical support around parenting and providing healthy food for individuals and families. Strong physical and mental health comes when you nourish the body with real food and genuine love and affection.
Sustainable Qualification Summary
At Nourished Roots, we believe strongly in eating food that is as close to it's natural state as possible. This means minimally processed and with as little packaging as possible. Eating seasonally and locally grown organic food is the ideal! We also participate in the curbside recycling program with any eligible waste products. We donate to local schools and other charity organizations.
