Sustainable Qualification Summary Our company was founded to address the mostly unknown problem of pet waste in our landfills and the common methods of collection used by most pet owners. At over 10 million tons a year, more pet waste goes into our landfills than #1 and #2 plastic combined, and most of it is preserved in non-biodegradable plastic bags. We are committed to helping reduce this waste and do it in a way that benefits the environment as well. We use, and sell, only 100% cornstarch collection bags that are completely biodegradable. We compost everything we collect to keep it out of our landfills and then turn it into usable, natural yard fill. Our ultimate goal is to utilize methane digesters to capture the renewable gas that is released during breakdown to power our company collection vehicles; and partner with city services to collect and process all dog park waste as well.
