Edmiston Design Build is here to help homeowners express their project ideas on blueprints and then build the project. We do Attic and Basement Conversions, Additions, Additional Dwelling Units (ADUs), Full Home Remodels, Kitchen and Bath Remodeling and Home Repair/Handyman work. Our focus on sustainable remodeling means that we want to make the house energy efficient by use of proven insulation techniques, high performance windows & doors and better heating & cooling systems. As a trade-ally of the Energy Trust of Oregon, we can also assist with incentive money available.
Our initial consultation is free of charge. This will give our designer the opportunity to meet you, see your space and discuss the project in greater detail with you. Design time is very reasonable and effective. For a portfolio of our design work, don't hesitate to contact us. Give us a call to get your project moving!
Sustainable Qualification Summary
Edmiston Design Build prides itself on using as many products as possible that are recyclable, from our office supplies to the products we use on the job site. At the jobsites, the predominant amount of debris is taken to a recycler and sorted through to limit the waste going into the landfill. In the office, we produce less than a small grocery bag of garbage a week and reuse as much paper and other items until there is no life left in them. Also, our business is in the process of being an energy trust partner and the owner of Edmiston Design Build is being trained in different energy saving practices. We encourage the use of refurbished goods and recommend customers to get products from the rebuilding center and/or ecohaus as well as energy star products.
We pride ourselves on reducing our own and our clients carbon footprints.
