Sustainable Qualification Summary Our nonprofit organization brings exciting, hands-on science lessons to elementary schools in the hopes of inspiring young people to see themselves as stewards of the environment - now and in the future. Our lessons focus on the ecology of the Pacific Northwest because this is our home, and it is just as important and interesting as other commonly studied sites, like the Amazon or Chesapeake Bay. Often, our programs include service learning projects, giving students the opportunity to be active, positive participants in their communities.
