Very disappointing customer service. I purchased 3 hours of cleaning through Groupon only to discover immediately after the cleaning that they had caused permanent floor damage to our new wood floors. They left a large scrape in the wood (1" x 1/2") deep enough to penetrate through the dark stain, reveal natural wood and leave a jagged edge on one side. I called immediately and they sent the head of the crew who had cleaned to inspect the damage. She took pictures and said that she had not noticed the damage during cleaning, but one of the other two cleaners could have caused the damage. She said they would be happy to offer us a free floor wax (something she said would greatly reduce the appearance of the damage), but ONLY if we signed up for continuous cleaning service. Why would I sign up for service with a company who caused damage to our floors on the first visit? She said the other option would be to have someone come to repair the area and someone from Mess Maid Right would contact me immediately after the weekend to see what course of action I wanted to take. NO CALL. I called Wednesday and again on Friday. No call back. I e-mailed and called again the next week. No return call and no response to my e-mail. It's been 11 days since this happened and I've not heard from them. The voicemail greeting says they'll respond within 24 hours and the website says they have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee and insurance to cover any property damage that may occur. I'm disappointed to find they don't follow through with the service they advertise. It's unfortunate it may take legal action to get a response from Mess Maid Right.
