GREEN FOCUS: Cool Things That Are Green

Upcoming Home Energy Savings Workshops

Throughout October and November, the City of Portland Bureau of Planning and Sustainability and Energy Trust of Oregon are hosting FREE workshops on home energy savings.

Home Energy IQ educators show you how to:

Achieve maximum energy savings and long-term benefits.
Identify areas of highest energy use and how energy use changes over time.
Offset the cost of qualifying improvements with rebates, tax credits and financing programs.

Pre-register for a workshop and receive an Energy Saver Kit for qualifying customers, which includes compact fluorescent light bulbs, a high-performance showerhead, faucet aerators and energy-saving tips.
