Portland City Hall Garden Video

With the growing popularity in transforming once useless space into an edible garden in the yards of homes and bigger living quarters like in apartments, the City Hall in Portland is helping to show how doable it really is.

With the help of several volunteers with a  passion for gardens, back yard farms, and making good use of open space, the City Hall is helping to provide for those that need food.
