You are not allowed to use the GreenPosting service to transmit any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity).  Each company, by posting on this service, acknowledges that what they are posting to the public via the listing, essay, or any other means through GreenPosting and it’s service is considered to be true and accurate.  By no means is GreenPosting responsible for what some other individual, company, or entity posts on GreenPosting. You will use the GreenPosting service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. GreenPosting reserves the right to reject or delete any listing we deem inappropriate and/or misleading at any time.

CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT OF THE GREENPOSTING SERVICES.  You agree and understand that these Terms of Service, the GreenPosting Site and the GreenPosting Services may be modified by GreenPosting at any time without prior notice, and such modifications will be effective upon GreenPosting's posting of the new terms and/or upon implementation of the new changes on the GreenPosting Site. You agree to review the Terms of Service periodically so that you are aware of any modifications. Your continued use of the GreenPosting Service after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms of Service. Unless expressly stated otherwise by GreenPosting, any new features, new services, enhancements or modifications to the GreenPosting Service implemented after your initial access to the Service shall be subject to these Terms of Service.    

MEMBERSHIP: Either you or GreenPosting. may terminate your GreenPosting membership at any time, for any reason. No refunds will be issued. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.

ELIGIBILITY You must be 18 or over, or the legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction if that age is greater than 18 years of age, to register as a member of GreenPosting or use the GreenPosting Site and GreenPosting Services. If you are under the age of 18 or the applicable legal age in your jurisdiction, you can use the GreenPosting Service only in conjunction with, and under the supervision of, your parent or guardian who has agreed to the Terms of Service. If you do not qualify, do not use the Service. Membership in the GreenPosting Service is void where prohibited by applicable law, and the right to access the GreenPosting Site is revoked in such jurisdictions. You must be 13 or older to use the site, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act(COPPA). By using the GreenPosting Site and/or GreenPosting Services, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms of Service and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein. The GreenPosting website is administered in the US and intended for US users; any use outside of the US is at the user's own risk and users are responsible for compliance with any local laws applicable to their use of the service or the website. 


PURCHASE: Any purchase made of Keywords, Contextual based ads, and/or job postings are non-refundable.  Keywords and Contextual based ads are part of the Flexi-Visibility program of GreenPosting.  These orders are put on recurring billing which means that the credit card that made the purchase will be charged again at the time of the contract expiration.  To cancel recurring billing, please contact GreenPosting at [email protected].

VENUE ONLY: If you enter into correspondence or engage in commercial transactions with third parties in connection with your use of the GreenPosting Service, such activity is solely between you and the applicable third party. GreenPosting shall have no liability, obligation or responsibility for any such activity. You hereby release GreenPosting from all claims arising from such activity.


INDEMNITY BY MEMBER: You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GreenPosting, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the GreenPosting service.  It is possible that other GreenPosting members or users (including unauthorized users, or "hackers") may post or transmit offensive or obscene materials on the GreenPosting service and that you may be involuntarily exposed to such offensive and obscene materials. It also is possible for others to obtain personal information about you due to your use of the Service, and that the recipient may use such information to harass or injure you. GreenPosting is not responsible for the use of any personal information that you may choose to disclose on the Service.

RESTRICTIONS ON RIGHTS OF USE:  You agree that you shall not (and you agree not to allow any third party to): modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer any portion of the GreenPosting Site and/or GreenPosting Service; remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained in or on the GreenPosting Site and/or GreenPosting Service or in or on any Content or other material obtained via the GreenPosting Site and/or GreenPosting Service; use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other automated device, process or means to access, retrieve or index any portion of the GreenPosting Site and/or GreenPosting Service; access, retrieve or index any portion of the GreenPosting Site and/or GreenPosting Service for purposes of constructing or populating a searchable database of business reviews; collect any information about other users or members (including usernames and/or email addresses); reformat or frame any portion of the web pages that are part of the GreenPosting Site and/or GreenPosting Service; create user accounts by automated means or under false or fraudulent pretenses; create or transmit unwanted electronic communications such as "spam" to other users or members of the GreenPosting Site and/or GreenPosting Service or otherwise interfere with other user's or member's enjoyment of the GreenPosting Site and/or GreenPosting Service; transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses or other items of a destructive nature; use of the GreenPosting Site or GreenPosting Services to violate the security of any computer network, crack passwords or security encryption codes, transfer or store illegal material including that are deemed threatening or obscene; copy or store any Content offered on the GreenPosting Site for other than your own use; use any device, software or routine that interferes with the proper working of the GreenPosting Site and/or GreenPosting Service, or otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the GreenPosting Site and/or GreenPosting Service; take any action that imposes, or may impose in our sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our IT infrastructure; use the GreenPosting Site and/ or GreenPosting Service, intentionally or unintentionally, to violate any applicable local, state, national or international law; or collect or store personal data about other users in connection with the prohibited activities described in this paragraph.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY: GreenPosting provides the GreenPosting service on an "as is" basis and grants no warranties of any kind, express or implied with respect to the GreenPosting service. GreenPosting does not warrant that your use of the GrenPosting service will be secure, uninterrupted, always available, or error-free, or will meet your requirements, or that any defects in the Service will be corrected.
